Terms of Service

1. Service

JetPet International provides coordination and consultation for the air and ground transport of companion animals: documentation preparation and verification, crate supply, flight and ground routing, and terminal coordination. Physical carriage is performed by licensed third-party carriers and ground operators with whom we work.

2. Quotes

A booking is confirmed once a deposit of [X%] is received. The balance is due [X days] before departure. All fees are stated in [EUR/GBP].

4. Cancellation

Cancellations more than [30] days before departure: deposit refunded minus [X%]. Between [30] and [7] days: deposit forfeited. Fewer than [7] days: [X%] of the total fee due, as committed carrier and operator costs cannot be recovered.

5. Documentation

The owner is responsible for supplying valid documents (vaccination records, microchip, required health certificates, permits) in time. We verify and coordinate documentation, but we cannot be held liable for documents issued by authorities that are rejected or delayed.

6. Customs and Border Clearance

We prepare and verify all documentation required for departure. Border clearance at destination is subject to the applicable regulations and inspection by official authorities; we cannot guarantee…

8. Insurance

[We hold professional liability insurance / The owner is advised to hold pet transport insurance covering the value of the animal and journey costs.]

9. Delays

Flight, weather and border-control delays may occur. We will keep you informed, but we are not liable for delays outside our control.

10. Complaints
